Dr. E. Pushpalatha

Former HOD Associate Professor, Department of Zoology, University of Calicut Kerala India.

She is working in the field of Biopesticides & Toxicology and Regeneration Biology. She was the founder Director of  Institute of tribal Sudies and Research, the prestegious institute of the University of Calicut located at Wayanad, Kerala and extended her srevices to the institute for more than seven years from 2012 to 2019. She has published three book chapters and edited book volume of “Hand book of Taxonomy on Diptera’. She is member of editorial board of many International journals like Entomon, African Journal of Biotechnology, Asian Journal Education and Social Studies, Journal Aquatic Biology and Fisheries etc.  Apart from that she is life member of many professional/ scientific bodies.

Dr. Indranil Kar

Ex Principal, Surendranath College Kolkata West Bengal, India.

He has been a researcher, scientist and has headed the Chennai field unit of National Institute of Malaria Research from 1990 to 1994. His work involved field study to test the feasibility of  bio-environmental control of malaria in Chennai, efficacy of biolarvicides, several other indigenous products and related laboratory studies.  Tackling problem of  Urban Malaria  in metro city and other corporations has been his priority areas of operational research

She has been associated since 2022. During 2023, She in collaboration with the AHC foundation organized National symposium on vector-borne diseases at Hindu College, Delhi University at Delhi.

Dr M. Raja, Assistant Prof, Department of Zoology, 

Loyola College, Chennai,

 He has been instrumental in organizing the 3rd International Conference on “Emerging Challenges in the Prevention and Control of Vector-Borne Diseases” at Loyola College, Chennai jointly with AHC Foundation. He brought out the Proceedings of the conference and a book entitled” vector Borne Diseases in India: Public Health Challenge with ISBN : 978-93-341-6546-3.

 

 Dr. Jayalakshmi Krishnan Assistant ProfessorVector biology research Laboratory

Department of Biotechnology, Central University of Tamil Nadu. Thiruvarur

She is a reputed researcher, scientist and popular academician. Her work spans across the field of vector surveillance, insecticide resistance, Nano-insecticide synthesis from plants,  molecular biology of the viral isolation from Dengue mosquitoes and on Scrub Typhus.
